1.DESCRIBE THE PROPOSED CHANGE IN DETAIL and in accordance with the *Architectural and Design Guidelines and the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Rights, Affirmative Obligations and Conditions.  Use as many pages as needed and show the location of your change on a copy of your plat map.  NOTE:  Certain changes require a county building permit.  The Association takes no responsibility for getting that permit.  I propose the following change:

2.        SHOW YOUR PROJECT TO THE MOST AFFECTED OWNERS:  Two signatures are needed.  Signing shows that these owners know about the proposed change, it doesn’t mean that they approve of it.  If they have concerns they need to call the  *Architectural Compliance Committee or Community Group.

3.       AS OWNER:  I complete this application in good faith that it accurately represents the change I propose to make.  I understand that association approval does not allow me to violate the declaration, by laws or architectural standards or, easements, zoning or county codes.  I agree that a change started prior to receipt of written approval is at my risk, and I may have to return the property to its original condition at my expense if not approved.  I may also be subject to violation charges.  I know that association representatives are permitted to reasonably inspect the project and that such entry does not constitute trespass.  I also know that the work must be finished as soon as possible after getting approval.
