YARD WASTE:

Residents need to dump yard waste at the dump or use their own personal Trash Bins.  Do not use the Clubhouse dumpster or use new home construction dumpster's in Summer Lake

             Attention:

We have had numerous complaints on this issue!!!!!

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO YOUR NEIGHBORS AND PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG/DOGS WHEN WALKING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!

Even though you may have nice and well trained dogs, all dogs must be on a leash in Summer Lake. Other dogs being walked on a leash may not be so nice and appreciate another dog running up to them. Also, many residents are afraid of dogs of any kind and do not want an unleashed dog coming towards them

Residents please make sure that on Wednesday trash day, please keep  trash tidy on the curb and inside your property lines and in front of your own houses. Be courteous to neighbors with your trash.

Developer’s corner

We continue to work on the appearance of the shoulders of the roads.  We added compost to the soil to adjust the PH, then aerated and overseeded.  The rain has been really helpful in getting the seed to germinate; as usual, we appreciate you keeping cars off the shoulders for the next few weeks.

The final coat of pavement for Sec. 6 will be completed by the end of the year.  Sales there are going well.  You’ll see a number of new homes going up over the next few months, with some already under contract and some available for purchase. For the Fall and Spring markets, we will have a good balance of available homes between the new and the re-sale.

The Annual Meeting is December 8th  you won’t want to miss this one!!  We will be announcing details of the 2012 Home-A-Rama which will be held at Summer Lake!!  It’s a terrific opportunity to showcase our community and amenities, all part of our continuing efforts to support and increase property values and awareness of Summer Lake.  Each household will receive two complementary tickets to the event!  Come on Dec. 7th to hear all about it; I look forward to seeing you there!

Enjoy the wonderful Fall weather and remember to vote on Nov. 8th!
