COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION:
Community Group was chosen to manage the Summer Lake Property Owners' Association.
Community Group is the largest manager of community associations in Virginia, and was one of the first in the nation to receive the designation - Accredited Association of Management Company.
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION & DUES:
Any prestigious development requires a homeowners' association to assure adherence to consistent practices and to ensure that your property values are protected. Summer Lake is no exception.
In order to preserve the integrity and aesthetics, of the community, the association will be charged with maintaining your high standards. A Board of Directors and an Architectural Review Board have been appointed.
Owners' dues are $185 per quarter for trash collection and maintenance of common areas, and entrance areas.
Each owner will also be assessed $300.00 per year for the Recreational facilities.
